CURRICULUM
The Riordan Volunteer Leadership Development Program provides a ten-month training course and active internship on a nonprofit board of directors. The curriculum is designed to provide a broad overview of the key areas of nonprofit board governance. Monthly classes, presented by nonprofit governance experts, educate participants in the areas of:
- Board Governance
- Fundraising Basics
- Foundation Giving
- Strategic Planning
- Financial Management
- Marketing and Public Relations

Schedule
RVLDP courses run twice a year. Before applying please be sure that you are committed to attending and have employer support in regards to scheduling. You are allowed no more than two absences throughout the course.
