APPLICATION PROCESS
To apply, complete the application material and provide two letters of reference in preparation for an in-person interview. Some qualities determining admittance into the program include demonstrated leadership ability, commitment to nonprofit community service, and employer support. Participants are required to join the LAJCC upon acceptance into the program, gaining access to its community service programs as well as its member benefits.
We accept applications on a continual basis throughout the year.
NOTE- NEW APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR OUR NEXT CLASS:
Wednesday, September 29, 2010 - no later than 4:30 PM
- Be sure to include your current resume and personal statement with your application form. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.
- Letters of reference may be included with your application packet or mailed separately.
- If copies of letters of reference were included with the application, originals must be received prior to your interview date.
NOTE- NEW INTERVIEW DATE:
Saturday, October 9th, 2010
- We’ll call to schedule your interview once we receive your completed application.
- Interviews are scheduled every half-hour from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- You’ll interview with a panel of RVLDP graduates, followed by a separate interview with the Program Director, Richard Diaz.
- Expect to be present for about 1 hour.
